All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. We offer exchange of goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, within 14 day of delivery, you should promptly contact us with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
- Shipping is not refundable. Any item that is returned that was shipped free is subject to an additional restocking fee equal to the shipping cost we incurred.
- To return an item, contact us using the contact form found here. Include the order number or enough information so we can locate your order.
- Return shipping cost is your responsibility. We can email you a prepaid return label if you agree to have the shipping cost deducted from your refund amount. Our shipping rates are usually better than shipping from a retail shipping location.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
- All refunds will be made to the original form of payment, unless as otherwise agreed to.
- We process returns within 7 days of receiving them. You can expect your refund within 7 days after approval.
