Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Larger orders and freight shipments may require additional processing time.
The order cut-off time is 3:00 PM PST/PDT. Orders placed after this time are considered received the next business day. We do not offer rush processing.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Cal West Fertilizer ships orders within the United States using established carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific states due to local regulations.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Will-Call Pickup:
Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup. Orders may not be collected before this notification is sent.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight
- Package dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Shipping method selected
If additional shipping or handling charges are required due to order size or special handling, we reserve the right to contact the customer or cancel the order.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders shipped via UPS Ground typically require 2 business days for processing plus carrier transit time to reach their destination.
Delivery times vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders discreetly; however, discreet packaging may not be available for oversized items (such as 4’ x 8’ trays).
Fulfillment Location
All orders are fulfilled from U.S.-based facilities and shipped directly to customers within the United States.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will contact you by email and phone.
If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, the backordered portion of the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Order & Shipment Confirmation
Customers receive an email confirmation within one hour of placing an order.
If you do not see the confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Once a shipping label is created, a shipment notification email will be sent. Larger orders may generate multiple tracking emails.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
Any damages or missing items must be reported to both the courier and Cal West Fertilizer right away.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments will not be honored after 7 days from delivery confirmation.
